You must know if you are looking to make your basement for personal use or rental used prior to receiving our help. From a one-bedroom apartment to a bigger family room we are here to help you design your basement in a very simple and functional way.
This service is normally offered in person, but given the conditions we currently live in, we have adapted it and now we also do it virtually.
BASEMENT EXPRESS SERVICES INCLUDE
- A consultation by phone to understand your needs and get from you a blueprint of your basement if possible to generate floor plans
- 3D concept design to help you visualize your space
- Help with the selection of materials and finishes like paint, floor selection, tiles selection if applicable, accent walls (if applicable)
- We will purchase materials for you and schedule delivery (if required)
- We will execute the job (if you want us to run the labour part)
PRICE
- Flat Rate Fee: $1490
Limited offer. Clients must qualify. Travel fees may apply.
In case of special features such as wine cellars, bar, gyms, theatre room we also could please let us know and we will deal with those separate.
