- Review and create an inventory of the existing items and furniture pieces that need to be reused
- Create detailed furniture plans and schedule
- Provide elevations of any custom millwork or interior detailing that will be added to the project

- Conceptual interior design development: custom millwork design details, window treatment design (custom drapery or shades), architectural wall details.
- Accessories and art selection : types of fabrics (colors, textures and patterns), rugs selection, wallpaper / wallcovering selection.
- Furniture & Lighting selection: material, style, functionality, practicity, size and quality.
Right after we get all the pieces into place, we install and leave you with a completely beautiful and functional finished space.
